This example has a "cherry finish" board with a sublimated, brushed gold-tone, aluminum plate. A sublimated double-line border was used, to add elegance.

We chose "cherry finish" plaques for our display because of the nice contrast between board, plate and the black text. There are many types of plaque boards, from walnut finish and genuine walnut, to exotic woods and multi-colored boards. All have a market.
