This example has a "cherry finish" board with a sublimated, brushed silver, aluminum plate. A larger glossy black plate was used under the silver plate for even more elegance.

We chose "cherry finish" plaques for our display because of the nice contrast between board, plate and the black text. There are many types of plaque boards, from walnut finish and genuine walnut, to exotic woods and multi-colored boards. All have a market.
